Experience:

       Michael Kennedy began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 when he joined Grubb & Ellis/Pearson Commercial as a member of the Retail Division. He specialty is in selling and leasing retail properties, as well as tenant representation. At Grubb & Ellis/Pearson Commercial he attended the boot camp training program and gained experience by working with many of the senior agents in the company.

       Michael joined Retail California in January of 2010 and brought over 20 property listings and several Tenant relationships with him.        He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is involved in ICSC Conventions statewide (Las Vegas, San Diego and Monterey) where he meets and presents retail developments to national and regional tenants.
