      Lewis Smith is a Partner in the commercial real estate firm of Retail California, Inc. specializing in the development, leasing and sale of retail properties in California’s Central Valley. Mr. Smith has been in the commercial real estate field for over 10 years. Mr. Smith has successfully represented landlord and major tenants including Fortune 100 companies.

HISTORY
Prior to joining Retail California, Inc., Mr. Smith was a First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis for 9 years. Mr. Smith received his B.S. degree at California State University, Fresno in Business Administration with an option in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Mr. Smith is a member of the International Councel of Shopping Centers and actively participates in at least four conferences per year including the National Convention in Las Vegas, Monterey Idea Exchange and Palm Springs Idea Exchange.
