Jeff Lauritzen is a Land and Investment Specialist with Retail California and has been helping clients and investors for over twenty three years with the purchase, development, leasing and/or sale of land and commercial real estate properties.

     Mr. Lauritzen’s extensive career in commercial real estate includes representing clients in transaction negotiations for numerous commercial properties including land, retail, industrial, and office properties of more than 20,000,000 square feet with a value well over $100,000,000.

     Jeff enjoys getting to know each client and their unique objectives in order to add value to every transaction and provide them with the best real estate brokerage services. Mr. Lauritzen’s ten years of commercial real estate development experience allows him to share a thorough understanding of investment strategies, real estate finance, leasing, contracts, management and property development.

     Jeff graduated from Fresno State University in 1982 and is actively involved with the Catholic Professional Business Club, San Joaquin Memorial H.S. Boosters, Notre Dame Club of Central California and the Fig Garden Tennis Club. Mr. Lauritzen resides in Fresno with his wife Suzanne and their children, Matt & Betsy.
