Geoffrey Smith joined the retail group at Retail California in 2010 and specializes in selling and leasing retail properties. Geoffrey’s background, knowledge, and exposure have contributed to his negotiation skills in assisting developers, landlords, and tenants with numerous projects resulting in over 250 transactions during his first five years in the business.
Geoffrey has successfully developed and marketed retail shopping centers, strip centers, neighborhood community centers, upscale lifestyle centers, and power centers. He was awarded Rookie Salesman of the Year at Grubb & Ellis in 2005. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he participates in ICSC Conventions statewide (Las Vegas, San Diego, Monterey, and Sacramento) introducing and promoting retail developments to national and regional tenants.
